The ISO 14067 carbon footprint management system is implemented throughout the production process, the six sigma process control is used, the raw material ratio error is accurate to ±0.05%, and the AIoT system monitors 12 process parameters in real time. Confirmed by SGS testing, the box can be completely recycled for 7 times and the strength retention rate is over 90%, and it has passed the German Blue Angel certification, China Environmental Label (Ten Rings) and EU EPEAT silver standard. Each batch of products is accompanied by a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) report and is equipped with RFID traceability chips to ensure environmental transparency from raw material traceability to end-of-line recycling.
